Context

Orbit entered the premium car-sharing segment with a fleet of 200 vehicles. They needed a brand that didn't read 'mass market' and a product that built trust on first touch.

Challenge

Premium in a market where 90% of players say 'cheap and fast'. We had to communicate the 30-second rental experience and reinforce the impression beyond the app.

Approach

Brand with a cosmic tone, an app with ultra-short flows (open, book, drive), and a launch media campaign in Moscow and St Petersburg.

120K installs in 2 months, D30 retention 38%, brand awareness in the capital +62%.

Retrospective

We underestimated ASO at launch — the app got buried in the store. We brought in an ASO partner on retainer and broke into top-10 in the category in 3 weeks.
